Shipping and Handling

Domestic: 

Shipments are sent via NZPost, Post Haste Courier Service, or similar from Auckland, New Zealand. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days.

We offer two shipping rates based on your location in New Zealand. 

North Island | $15 Flat Rate

South Island | $25 Flat Rate

You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from the studio. If you have any queries regarding your shipment, please get in touch with made.by.ronstudio@gmail.com

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, MADE. by Ron are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

International:
