Please note that MADE. by Ron ceramic pieces are hand-made and will not be eligible for refund unless required by law.

Any items to be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Please follow the instructions below if you wish to make a return: 

To process a return, send an email to made.by.ronstudio@gmail.com with your order number (which will be on your original invoice), the item you wish to return and the reason for return. Ship with your chosen courier or postal company—we recommend a trackable, insured courier service, as MADE. by Ron will not be held responsible for theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number. Customers are responsible for postage fees. 

Any item/s being returned must be in original condition. 

At the moment, MADE. by Ron only offers returns for Domestic orders.
